bring me a letter.

A long letter and pretty post card came in the mail today from a dear friend who is traveling all summer on a honeymoon of sorts. Jealous. Taking the time to sit and read her letter made my heart all warm and fuzzy. I may or may not have also let our dinner over boil as well. Worth it.

Sometimes it's really just these little things that make a day happy. 

 Fresh grapes will do that too.

  1. haha aw, this post made me smile :) how fun for your friend, and i looove getting handwritten letters. that never happens anymore- opening the mailbox isn't as exciting as it used to be.

    also, fresh grapes can turn any day around.
