little things.

I just started my thank you cards for all of the lovely people in my life who have graciously gifted Tyler and I things for our little guy. I figured I should do this before I am really tired and start spelling words wrong or something. :) I did spend fifteen minutes in the thank you card aisle trying to choose my cards though. Silly. I probably should start shopping with a buddy.

This lovely couple followed me home from the thrift store today and are planning on hanging out on my bookshelves for a while...most likely next to my books about Greek Mythology and Shakespeare. Or Italy and Rome. We'll see. I also found a few pretty bowls and shirt or two for the baby. You know, you can't not go in when you drive all the way there to drop stuff off to donate. Am I right?! Right.

I also have all of the baby's board books in a basket ready to read to him. I got quite a few cute ones from friends that I need to add to the basket, but other than that. We are ready to learn some pretty cool stuff. Like colors, shapes and maybe a few letters and numbers. And why trains go "choo choo" and what really happens on a bear hunt. :)
